Moving to the docs repository, as this is where it might be implemented.

We need to check if this still needs to be updated, but this will be completed in the docs repository, so moving it there.
Based on conversation with @TheCakeIsNaOH this feels like a documentation issue. As such, I am going to move this to the docs repository.
