Perhaps this could be an option that can be turned on or off. This is particularly useful for lists such as shopping.

Add "IGNORE_RUNNING=True" as it states in the Error Report. I also added "LOCAL_DB=True" as it was failing to pull it from the API

I think it's safe to assume midnight of the local time if a time is not provided since we're doing relative.

I'd like to suggest adding a column that counts the number of recipes tied to a tag, category, or tool.
