I also just purchased four super cheap [WD 500GB 7200RPM SATA II 3Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drives](https://www.microcenter.com/product/621066/wd-500gb-7200rpm-sata-ii-3gb-s-35-internal-hard-drive-(refurbished)) for testing with the SAS card, which I'm highly optimistic I can get working...

@ffrediani - I do not do any kind of activity related to crypto mining, so would not be interested in testing anything in that realm. FYI most of that stuff...
@vegedb - Yeah; and I've noticed a few motherboard manufacturers have slowly been introducing built-in 2.5G ports. I'm hopeful in a matter of 3-5 years we'll see most 'low-end' gear...
