SALTSOL: change units of item 1 to Salinity

I believe item 1 (SALTSOL) should have units of Salinity (LB/STB) rather than density (LB/FT3) to be consistent with e.g. SALTVD. This only affects FIELD units.

Update GMDS and GMGP definitions in GenericOutputBlackoilModule.cpp

Should GMDS be CO2 dissolved in water phase and GMGP be CO2 in gas phase (rather than the other way around)?

LIVEOIL not listed as unsupported

I couldn't find LIVEOIL in the list of unsupported keywords. Perhaps it could be added as "critical" with the suggestion to use OIL, DISGAS, GAS, VAPOIL instead?
