I would like to query the history of infections in a given prefecture, similar to the query for total infections. This would allow showing deltas day-to-day and drawing graphs. Is...

Presently cloudfuse only allows command-line options or a hard-coded file at $HOME/.cloudfuse. It should also allow a user-specified file for users with multiple configurations.

Emit archive ID when uploading a single file

Previously glacier-cmd truncated output with headers over 100 characters which elided the 138 character archive ID. Fixes #163.

Some providers have small eventual consistency windows such that latency between the client and the object store could mask any consistency issues.

This would better match the Mozilla are-we-*-yet sites.
