These functions already use `pread` and keep track of an explicit offset for the SHA-256 calculations.

Deadlock with `-o streamupload`

I notice that s3fs deadlocks when copying a ~300 MB file to AWS S3 when using the new `-o streamupload`. I will try to collect some ThreadSanitizer debugging info. References...
