@laymonage Looks like this is a documentation issue - https://docs.wagtail.org/en/stable/topics/snippets.html#tagging-snippets specifically says to use `TaggableManager` rather than `ClusterTaggableManager`, presumably because it was written before `DraftStateMixin` was introduced.
@gsakkis If you've only saved the Advert as a draft, then it's expected that the changes won't be reflected in the real `AdvertTag` instances, only in the in-memory versions accessed...
