On node dashboard, not work when select special node

On node info dashboard , it work fine for all node , but when I select one special node , nothing show !! grafana --- > v5.2 QL: `sum((avg(irate(node_cpu_seconds_total{instance=~"$node", mode="system"}[5m]))...

delegate plugin delete success, delete cache file

this case should try max to cleanup sandBox container stop times, but delegated plugin failed (CNI server maybe in starting .... ) , but cache file has been deleted container...

I have see 0.3 release an network qos plugin ,, is there any doc about it ? we just see set cgroup net class id,, but where tc policy ready...
