It seems that `http://sci-hub.tw/` is now compromised. When I tried using it, I got a bunch of drive-by download spam.
Also reported in #768 Today in V4, 'Controller' object "self" has no attribute 'response'.
I found the issue. Currently the docker homepage is serving a corrupted installer file. The file that passes the stated checksum can be found here: https://docs.docker.com/desktop/release-notes/
I got the same error, I was using chrome, maybe that is the cause?
