Empty response at validation when trying upload new version of firefox addon

Describe the problem and steps to reproduce it:

When I want to upload new version of firefox addon at addons.mozilla.org I got 403 error like at picture attached ("empty response 403")

I trying to upload old versions of my addon, that already realeased, but same error. Url of my addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B0%D1%87%D0%B0%D1%82%D1%8C-%D0%BC%D1%83%D0%B7%D1%8B%D0%BA%D1%83-%D0%B8-%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-%D1%81-%D0%B2%D0%BA/

What happened?

403 error after check my new version of addons.

What did you expect to happen?

Checking without error and add new version of my addon.

I got the same error, I was using chrome, maybe that is the cause?
