An Xcode Plug-In that improves breakpoint display
This is, unfortunately, by design. Xcode 8 killed the old, unofficial plug-in system, see [Joe Groff tweet](http://twitter.com/jckarter/status/742471686935568384) > @fzwob Xcode 8 uses library validation. It won't load in-process plugins anymore....
This may cause a performance regression compared to the original implementation. If anybody notices performance issues due to this, please tell me. Otherwise, I'll view this as low priority.
