Breakpoint icons in navigator sometimes revert

Sometimes, a change causes the icon of a breakpoint in the navigator to revert color and/or shape.

Clicking the icon in the navigator to deactivate and reactivate the breakpoint, or switching to another navigator and back, causes the icon to display properly.
