Pro for photon voice: seems they have worked it out for all platforms; Pro for our solution: cleaner, smaller code.

I think there should be a `stop playing audio` in here: (and this one should be updated to use the same abstractor, but is also missing the stop play audio):

I believe this was the case for the old character model's mic input - it would stop if there is a longer pause...
Could not find it in the SpeechInputService.cs class, as this was a lower-level functionality of Watson. Could not find it there, but this is what stackoverflow reading seemed to indicate:...

this is more a server sided thing. closing for now - and if we ever want to restrict functionality, we can reopen.
