Just to be sure. You pulled the latest version? A `docker compose up` with an existing image won't update on its own.
So okay. I can reproduce it with sqlite but not with mariadb. Seems to be a specific bug for sqlite.
Ups. My fault. We merged the required MR after the release for v2.4.0 - sorry ... Will create a release the next few days that will prop include some more...
So. Once again. We released the version 2.5.0 please give it a try. :)
At least that is a new bug for the docs and the deployment. Would close this one here and dig into the script in a new issue.

Just out of curiosity: Do you really need the module? I think it makes more sense to add a note about when and how to install the module and keep...
To be honest I never configured that module. I will check that ne next few days. Unless you need ne MSCA functionality overall this should not be a major issue.
Problem gets solved partially. Timeout works but still causes a status 500. Would be better to simply generate no challenge at all.
Must additionally reduce the retry amount.
