Those images are much better. I'd preferably want to see more than 7 images. There's more than a 14% chance of getting the same image in a row.
As Napster said the artist is provided by lavalink already 
Perhaps the problem is more that it shows the discrim. It seems appropriate to show the nickname instead of the username.

@thisisjvgrace 1. Our current hours/minutes/seconds is already widely used and is internationalization friendly. 2. "ETA" is much less common or obvious than "approximate wait time", and translators may not know...
Getting tons of reports of it not working
1) Lavalink makes this particularly tricky to accomplish 2) It would be bad for performance due to the change in volume 3) 15 seconds is a lot
Try updating FredBoat. I have just merged some changes into the dev branch. Allow the build 7-15 minutes to finish.
This is likely possible, depending on Spotify's API.
