Wanted to clarify one more detail here. Since we were transitioning hsakmt-roct to hsakmt-roct-dev, currently hsakmt-roct-dev provides both and hence installation of hsa-rocr should not have any issues.

@ax3l @arghdos : #pragma message is valid and requesting applications to change accordingly. Will work on updating the README as well, as we completely move away from the old method....
