I presume that this can be reproduced by resetting the instance (i.e., "removing all files") at least once after the dialog has been shown already.

I'm assisting the Debian maintainers, who I contacted earlier this year. They're working on building 2.10 right now. It'll trickle down into Ubuntu eventually when it's been released by Debian....

I suppose you'd be happy with the wizard putting the URL back into where it should go? You can then retry this by clicking `Next >`.
