@lunaleaps Should I open a PR? I don't know what all of the deprecated stuff is and would need some guidance on finding it.

This is happening for me on v2023.2.2

It would be extremely tight if this could get some attention @CircleCI-Public/Extensibility @corinnesollows

I think the best option here is going to be forking unfortunately.

I will be happy to fork this into a new organization and give people maintainer access on it.
