Bookmark is removed when text file changes

In version 1.4.2, if you bookmark a text file and the content of that text file changes, the bookmark is removed.

Preset migration from 1.1.x to 1.2.x leaves presets empty

The presets made it through, but they're all empty and have to be recreated.
