[BUG] "Request Rearming" broken since 2.9.7.58923

"Request rearming" stopped working in DCS 2.9.7.58923 (the August 9th patch)

To Reproduce

  • Load into a cold and dark jet (A-10C II is where I've observed this, in case it matters)
  • Say "request rearming"

Expected behavior Before the patch, this would bring up the refuel/rearm dialog. Now I still here the pilot voice saying "request rearming" and eventually the crew chief says "rearming complete" but no munitions change.
