I think we can accept multiple `--ignore-path`. But when `--ignore-path` is used, maybe we should not search for `.prettierignore` file?

This won't be a problem if we search `.gitignore` and `.prettierignore` by default. Maybe we can do this in v3.

I say we should implement svg support(or adopt a plugin, if any). For svg inside html, we can call that parser to format.
