you need to enable developer menu, go to device info and select 6 times serial number, this way you enable development menu where you can find debug to file

Strato firmware does not affect the gnss fix speed, it is separate system. The longer fixed might be expected after power loss or after you change your location with strato...

3 minutes is pretty reasonable time. The Strato does not have access to assistation data like smartphones (internet query wit cell tower signal) does.

I will check if we change anything regarding gnss in 166, maybe it is just different handling of 2d / 3d fix
