I was mistaken, Minimal removes the heart piece since it applies a maximum, not a subtraction. Scarce still adds the one extra heart piece, which makes sense imo. Plentiful outright...

A possible workaround for #1228 would be to set the `OCARINAS_SHUFFLED` flag if the setting suggested here is active, which would replace the cutscene with a normal get item cutscene....
