SVRL / attribute "document": iso_svrl_for_xslt2.xsl yields instances that are invalid with respect to svrl.rnc / Appendix D

The attibute has been named "documents" (pl.) in Appendix "D" of ISO/IEC 19757-3:2016 and svrl.rnc in https://github.com/Schematron/schema. iso_svrl_for_xslt2.xsl should be changed accordingly.

Update README: "Third party validation configurations"

That section is outdated. There are many more validation configuration than the two currently listed in the README file (and one of the two, "XGewerbeanzeige", is outdated as that specification...
