SVRL / attribute "document": iso_svrl_for_xslt2.xsl yields instances that are invalid with respect to svrl.rnc / Appendix D

The attibute has been named "documents" (pl.) in Appendix "D" of ISO/IEC 19757-3:2016 and svrl.rnc in https://github.com/Schematron/schema.

iso_svrl_for_xslt2.xsl should be changed accordingly.
