Well, actually, it is on the bioconda channel here: https://anaconda.org/bioconda/liana already?! :) install via pip works for me, so I'll close the issue
I did not fix the software versions when I installed tangram. Maybe rather use `scikit-learn>=1.3.2` instead of `scikit-learn==1.3.2` in your `environment.yml`, and also just define minimum versions for the other...
