@Alex-Davydov that kind of works. I'm running `mixcr` inside a `Nextflow` pipeline, so I have to copy the IMGT `json` file inside a process working directory.
@crazyhottommy somehow related to this: is it assumed that the data was aligned to hg38? I have count matrices that I want to analyse, but they are hg19.
