I'm interested in utilizing this pipeline. Does Maestro support rn6 Rattus norvegicus??

Hi Jeff, We only support human and mouse for now. We are interested to extend it to other species depending on how many users want.

Thanks for the response. I really appreciate all your work and the tools you develop! It would be a great niche to fill since none of the other platforms currently support the rn6 Rattus norvegicus.

@crazyhottommy somehow related to this: is it assumed that the data was aligned to hg38? I have count matrices that I want to analyse, but they are hg19.

yes, MAESTRO supports hg38 and mm10 for the moment.
