I've noticed one more thing: as soon as you open chrome dev tools then the problem disappears. Could it be a chrome bug?
@GrosPoulet I think @Industry's point is that this function should be a per-site configuration rather than a global setting.

Still not fixed because of pixiv's referrer check.
Yes, I was able to reproduce that. Seems to be related to the custom scrollbar implementation which overrides normal mouse events.
