You can have a move action filter from the move plugin enable the freeze filter after a set duration
It looks like this would require changes to the browser source itself.
Why should it be part of OBS itself and not be an OBS plugin like [Durchblick](https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/durchblick.1484/) and [Source Dock](https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/source-dock.1317/) can provide you customizable multiviews?
As the move transition replaces the rendering of a scene with its own rendering of the sources in the scene it can't render the filters of the scene.

The filter is not needed as you can select which source you want to output in OBS. Click the configuration button next to the start virtual camera button.
Are the media sources active in other places than source switcher? what settings do you use on the media sources and what settings do you use on source switcher?
