The plug-in works works fine with both wired and Bluetooth headphones for me. Are you encountering problems?

Support for groups is indeed something that is not added yet.
It is possible to make, but a lot of work. I am not planning on working on it any time soon.
@Destroy666x with what version do you got this issue? has this been an issue in previous versions? does OBS close without errors?
At the moment information like this can be set to a text source in obs using the Text Source and Text Format setting in the Replay Source. Maybe there is...
Does the plugin show in the OBS log file? Did you install the plugin in the same directory as your OBS?
