for obs 27 use move transition 2.6.1 or lower
Is it not showing when you click the plus icon on the transaction dock? Is it showing in the obs log file? Is move-transition.dll in the correct plugins directory?
the logfile indicates it loaded move transition 2.7.2 correctly Move should show in this menu:

@pripple the menu you show are the transitions that are in your current scene collection, to add move to that you should use the + button just under that dropdown
