@patricklodder is there a to convert sat/byte to DOGE per kilobyte , i want to fix p2p-feefilter.py test , i am using https://github.com/dogecoin/dogecoin/blob/master/doc/fee-recommendation.md to determine fee rates

@patricklodder is there any way i can reproduce this issue in a simple way without owning dogecoin ( other than manually inspecting code and changing values which would take time...
