I've tried to launch Portal or Portal 2 with NVidia graphics, it worked very good, so the game freezes only with integrated Intel graphics.

Bots doesn't have message history, so they don't get any updates while the connection to telegram servers is closed. Official telegram bot API stores the updates temporarily inside in-app cache...
