I'm trying to get the BOM in [JLCCPCB's format](https://support.jlcpcb.com/article/80-bill-of-materialsbom-file-for-smt-assembly) for SMT assembly, and I wanted to double check that I've done it correctly as I'm entirely inexperienced with PCB design....

Fixes a small typo "fules" -> "rules" that I noticed in the description of exclusions in Root Builder.
