Describe problem solved by this pull request This updates the believer parameters after the vehicle tuning on 19/Oct/2021

Notes for parameters

  • CBRK_SUPPLY_CHK should not be disabled
  • Auto disarm should be disabled

are @acfloria comments on other state est and failsafe params addressed? (i.e. mirrored from EZG params)

I have not checked these params, but probably there need to be other param changes that should be included in this PR.
