For global options, we error out if the user specifies any options we don't support. We should do the same for named attributes of segments when specified via dict

while https://github.com/ethteck/splat/issues/341 isn't done

I'm mostly thinking of the compiler binaries that @encounter has helped get working, but I'm sure there are other programs that may apply as well

Merge all 5 versions' yamls into one

This requires splat changes to have version-specific fields and segments. Then we'll need to actually do the merge. maybe this can be automated somewhat, but I'm not totally sure. Then...
