The issue with Pioneers of Pagonia freezing on NVIDIA GPUs is currently fixed in the Vulkan developer beta driver branch. It will also be fixed in the upcoming release branch...

Sorry for the delay. We have root caused the issue in the driver and are still working on a fix. I will let you know when a driver is available...
