As PeerTube is federated, SponsorBlock would need to keep track of which instance is which. The current query method is not that suited to that.

@MazeXP That is for the timeline indicators of the automod action, messages of that type can be ignored by bots.

@Nihlus AutoMod is already enabled in all guilds.
