Should I add an "Note" in each page stating that if the person is intending to use C# Markup s/he should install Uno.Toolkit.WinUI.Markup?

`TargetFrameworks` should be better as a single line

Does this mean updating all the samples migrated and in migration process to use single line tfms? cc @agneszitte @jeromelaban

Can't use element name for Binding inside a Flyout

@Youssef1313 now that https://github.com/unoplatform/uno/pull/17645 is merged, would be possible to proceed with this one? (Depending on the priority)
