Right now, you can only remove files that have been staged... Remove should allow you to remove any file that is in the index at any time, but should perhaps...

Busywindow makes the main window expand

At least on windows... try repeatedly clicking fetch. Can't quite figure out what's expanding, perhaps the status? It's not the commit tree window.

Fetch and merge are far apart, not on same line, think about what is the right thing to do, as well as with push, add, remove, checkout, commit, etc.
