Editing BSTriShape vertex desc for a skinned mesh does not update the vertex desc in its NiSkinPartition

Dragging sliders while model is underneath also rotates the model

If the model is zoomed in such that it's behind the slider in the render window, it will rotate while the slider is being dragged.
