This was the first (failed) attempt, closing; this is implemented now in main - about to go live.

From the event type page you can create a team event type, in which you can choose Collective or Round Robin. Also you can use the [email protected] account
@AaronPresley apologies, I never got the event added to my calendar (even though my google integration seems fine) - re-connected google so I don't miss bookings going forward. I'll reschedule.

AFAIK this issue has been addressed by https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/issues/5539 - feel free to re-open if this is still happening for any of you.
@keithwillcode ~Occassionally this can still take long for very big team events, e.g. 30 members in round-robin~. Edit: This isn't exactly true as all these calls should happen async.
