Found my issue: "exec of /Applications/UTM.app/Contents/XPCServices/QEMUHelper.xpc/Contents/MacOS/QEMULauncher.app/Contents/MacOS/QEMULauncher denied since it was quarantined by Safari;4258FD59-63DD-4FC4-80C7-8C9B5471B8E and not approved by Gatekeeper, qtn-flags was 0x00000002" navigated to the "QEMULauncher.app" and opened it manually, thus...
