Describe the issue
Hello, I have followed the instructions to make the virtual machine for Windows 10 and Windows 11 on UTM, but every time I try to run the virtual machine, I get the following error: "ERROR. This operation couldn't be completed. Operation not permitted.", I am not sure what I am doing wrong here? I used CrystalFetch to download the ISO images as it says in the guide, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling UTM, and moving it from my external hard drive to my local disk. I am using the ARM64 architecture, with the QEMU 7.2 ARM Virtual Machine (alias of virt-7.2) (virt) machine, and I have experimented with other architectures and machines to try to make it work, but nothing. It won't let me export the dubug log either.

Found my issue:
"exec of /Applications/UTM.app/Contents/XPCServices/QEMUHelper.xpc/Contents/MacOS/QEMULauncher.app/Contents/MacOS/QEMULauncher denied since it was quarantined by Safari;4258FD59-63DD-4FC4-80C7-8C9B5471B8E and not approved by Gatekeeper, qtn-flags was 0x00000002"
navigated to the "QEMULauncher.app" and opened it manually, thus approving the quarantine exception.
Here is the command to fix this issue from Terminal:
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/UTM.app
