I have a feeling it is related to Firefox synchronizing the settings of the extension. Is the AppPassword used sync to Mozilla "cloud"?
The issue is gone now, not sure what fixed it, but I have been stable on 3 Firefox Passwords extension for 3 weeks after I re-set them, so all good!

Indeed, deleting the line seems to resolve the issue, as I was able to enable the `user_ldap` app and I have checked with a couple of users and their authentication...
I have the same issue on 2 Nextcloud environments (Production and Staging). Everytime the facial recognition runs in the backgound, I get the "Memory out of bounds" error as well...
I installed TensorFlow on Staging env, and it now works (recent facial recongition according to NC/settings/admin/recognize. Hope this helps if you can install Tensorflow Gonna see if more faces shows.
