This PR includes an integration of the Chronologer model (https://github.com/searlelab/chronologer/tree/main) into mzLib. It has a custom reader class until a psm reader is added to the package.

Changing some fields from private to protected will allow control over private fields from a custom child class.

A warning popped up on Visual Studio saying that the version MetaMorpheus is using for WixTools might contain severe vulnerabilities. I upgraded to version 5.0.0
