[Bug]: UI and video playback lag and stutter if the display's resolution is set to 4K

I tried version 5.0.0-beta.17, the UI is very smooth, however video playback is still laggy for content above 1080p.

Beta works better, the UI is usable at least. 4k video playback is better but still unwatchable, but at least beta allows me to open in VLC. Il dom 27...
