Please provide support for JetPack 5.x and above with NVMe. In JetPack 5.x boot from NVMe (without SD card) is supported which can help performance improvement over SD card.

1. fix SConstruct build error 2. split /jetson/env_installer.sh to multi scripts: jetson/**.sh, build and run OK (it more easy to analyze why failed)
