Reviewed at 24 October CCB: This is a change we would like to make, although with the telemetry/cmd impacts, we are going to hold off on merging this change.
CCB 21 November 2024: Have confirmed that draco is able to build; unable to recreate. Feel free to repost this as a discussion.
Closing as cFS apps, libraries, and tools are listed in README.
CCB 27 June 2024: Will review at CCB once Event ID Naming PRs have been merged.
